Eastern Cape sells out

With the breathtaking backdrop of the Indian Ocean, the audience were treated to a magnificent sold out event at the recent Eastern Cape Regional Finals held at the Orient Theatre in East London on Saturday evening.
Zwelitsha Adult Choir took first place with 161 points in the Standard Category with The Matthews Singers taking first place with 170 points in the Large category.

The beautiful region of Mpumalanga kick started the 35th Old Mutual National Choir Festival Regional Championships. It was a well attended event with people coming through from as far as Limpopo and the Kingdom of Swaziland.
