Welcome to the National Choir Festival

The National Choir Festival celebrates its 40th anniversary this year with Old Mutual having proudly sponsored this event for the past 30 years.

Old Mutual Sponsorship Manager, Bandile Mngoma says: “The Old Mutual National Choir Festival prides itself on its rich heritage of cultivating talent and enabling positive futures…”.  It has been a stepping stone for many well-known artists whose first performances were on a National Choir Festival stage.

Being the biggest festival of its kind in South Africa its reach goes beyond our borders, with choirs from Lesotho, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Swaziland all vying to be a part of this thrilling music development venture.

Join us at one of the Regional events beginning in August as we climb the crescendo to a 2 day Grand finale.
