To help with your training and preparation, Old Mutual Virtual Coach Norrie Williamson has developed a series of customised training programmes. Following the day-by-day plan will help you prepare for your next race and enable you to do great things with your running goals in 2012.

Step 1: Pre-training information

The relevant pre-training guides below will explain the programme and what’s involved. Don’t forget to select a customised programme once you’re registered from step 2 below.

Step 2: Customised training programmes

To receive a customised training programme, you’ll need to register and then select the relevant race and finish time you hope to achieve. The training guides will be emailed to you.
